Will Beeson is an accomplished fintech founder and expert in financial markets and decentralized finance (DeFi) with decades of experience. Renowned for innovating financial systems, he has built a career spanning traditional investments, challenger banking, and digital assets.
Will co-founded Allica Bank in the UK, a pioneering challenger bank delivering innovative financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Most recently, as Chief Product Officer at Standard Chartered’s Libeara, he led the development of institutional tokenization infrastructure and creation of Wellington’s investment-grade rated tokenized Money Market Fund, ULTRA.
In 2025, Will founded Uniform Labs to build the foundational liquidity infrastructure for the onchain economy.

Angelo D’Alessandro is a visionary fintech founder and digital banking pioneer with nearly three decades of experience in the financial sector. Renowned for transforming financial services into customer-centric brands, he designed, founded, and led buddybank, UniCredit’s flagship digital bank, scaling it into a leading mobile banking platform.
In 2025, he partnered with Beeson to build Uniform Labs, a groundbreaking venture revolutionizing digital finance by developing infrastructure for instant, 24/7 settlement of tokenized real-world assets. Angelo believes we’re in a transformative moment for the industry, with the future of finance being onchain, global, and always accessible.
Michal Benedykcinski
Chief Commercial Officer, Uniform Labs
Michal Benedykcinski is an experienced investment professional and digital asset strategist with over 15 years of experience across global capital markets, private equity, and venture capital. With a deep focus on institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure, he has built a career bridging legacy financial systems and on-chain liquidity.
Michal previously served as SVP at Arca, managing the firm's venture and research efforts, and led institutional partnerships at Hedera. His background includes executing multi-billion dollar M&A at Evercore and 3i Group, and leading the first-ever listing of a digital asset parent company on NASDAQ.
In early 2026, he joined Beeson and D'Alessandro to scale Uniform Labs, leading the company's commercial strategy and institutional expansion.
